Movement and Meditation

We will combine three potent tools of yoga - asana(movement), pranayama(breath exercise), and meditation, to open and explore all areas of your system.  We will use movement to stretch, relax, and balance your body; breath to bring enery and relaxation to your system; and meditation to invite a sense of calm and focus while you explore issues uniquely important to you.

 Previous yoga experience is not required.

All Yoga W/Meditation classes are one hour and thirty minutes long.
