Our yoga classes are taught in the two story studio at the end of the driveway behind the office building and where the Pregnancy Massage Center is located. Check the white board outside the downstairs studio to see which studio is holding your class.

Parking:

We do not have a parking lot. The parking in front of the building is for tenants only, NO YOGA STUDENT MAY PARK THERE.  You may park in the parking lot BEHIND the El Taco restaurant and the Post Office, located on the corner of N. Highland and Amsterdam during the day. The lot is monitored -YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AFTER 6pm.  You may also park on the side streets. BE CAREFUL CROSSING THE STREET - IT IS VERY BUSY.

Your First Class:

Please come your first class 10 to 15 minutes early as your teacher will have you fill out an intake form and conduct a short interview with you. Please let us know if you must miss your first class. The first 2 classes are very similar, so if you miss your first class, starting in the second class will not be a problem.
